Refund Policy
Refunds of individual purchases are permitted within 30 days of purchase; all amounts paid will be refunded back to the credit card used to initiate the transaction. No refunds are available to individuals who are part of a corporate purchase, all issues in these matters need to be resolved through the contracting entity
Exceptions to refund: In the case that membership cards have been issued or data has been input into the EasyEMR database, a charge of $10.00 will be retained for the cost of the membership card and purging the data from our database for security and liability reasons.
